Exercise Regularly

Our human body is designed for Movement and Regular Activity helps our cells in many ways.

While our circulatory system has a pump (the heart) to transport nutrients and oxygen to our cells, the lymphatic system that removes the waste material from the cells back into the blood stream relies on muscular movement to work. Inactivity results in an accumulation of harmful waste material in our cells, which in turn causes toxin in our body and create problems for our organs.

Exercise also promotes cardiovascular fitness, which can reduce the likelihood of getting heart disease. It also slows the loss of muscle mass and strengthens your bones.

We do not need to over-exert ourselves. But we DO need to commit to regular movement. A suggestion is to have at least 30 minutes of warm up exercises or slow runs each day

A point to note is REGULAR ACTIVITY, NOT OVER-STRENUOUS EXERCISES.
