MINIMISE STRESS

1) QUIT UNHEALTHY HABITS
These include smoking and excessive drinking. Use less Perfume as  most perfumes contain concentrated chemicals that go right through our skin and into our blood stream.)

2) AVOID POLLUTED AREAS AND POTENTIAL HAZARDS
These include mercury in dental fillings, preservatives in canned food, pesticides in vegetables (soak them for at least 10 minutes before cooking), smoke from vehicles and avoid smoking areas.)

3) REDUCE MENTAL STRESS
(Foster loving relationships and embrace happiness. There are a lot of way to deal with stress like meditation, exercise, yoga and dancing. Yes, dancing really can relieve stress. In summary, all actions that reduce the oxidative load on our body give a chance for our body to heal. It is not enough just to have good antioxidant protection if the rate of attack and damage continue to exceed the rate of defense and repair.
