Water Intake

Are you drinking enough?

Water is vital to our bodily functions like
a) Clearing our waste materials in our body and prevent kidney stone and reduce the likelihood of stomach disease.

b) Lubricates our joints and prevent sore muscle. This is especially important to our knee cap.

c) Helps us to digest our food and prevent bowel problem. This also help in weight control as water help in metabolism of fat.

d) Helps you to breathe properly as your lung need moisture to take it oxygen.

e) Prevents dehydration.

f) Help your organs to function effectively.

Doctor advise us to drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day. Some people drinking 1.5 litres to 2 litres of water a day.
